Bay Area Homeless Alliance (Click on Services on left navigation bar) The Bay Area Homeless Alliance (BAHA) is a collaboration of greater San Francisco Bay Area service agencies. The primary goal is to prevent or reduce homelessness by providing a variety of social services to families and individuals within the Bay Area counties. Coalition on Homelessness, San Francisco garners the active participation of economically disadvantaged people on both the design and critique of public policy and nonprofit services that result in permanent solutions to poverty. Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco Helps homeless and very low-income people obtain housing, jobs, shelter, and essential services to prevent and end homelessness. Glide Provides meals, housing, employment & training, and other types of support services. HomeBase Seeks to end homelessness, prevent its recurrence, and decrease its effects on communities. Larkin Street Youth Services Provides spectrum of services to help San Francisco’s youth move beyond life on the street, offering housing options – from emergency shelter to permanent supportive housing – in addition to wraparound services including education, technology and employment training; healthcare, including mental health, substance abuse and HIV services; and case management. National Coalition for the Homeless A national advocacy network of homeless persons, activists, service providers, and others committed to ending homelessness through public education, policy advocacy, grassroots organizing, and technical assistance. Tenderloin Housing Clinic Provides housing placement, support services, and money management services for homeless single adults. UCSF Homeless Dental Clinic A student-run clinic that provides free dental care to the homeless and transiently-housed peoples of San Francisco. UCSF Homeless Health Clinic A student-run clinic that provides free medical care to the homeless and transiently-housed peoples of San Francisco. United Way of the Bay Area's HelpLink An 24/7 anonymous and free referral service. Just call 211.
