Rosa Parks is an 11-story, 198-unit building currently owned and operated by the Housing Authority of the City and County of San Francisco which TNDC will acquire and rehab in 2016 under HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program. Located at 1251 Turk Street, the 19 studio apartments, 99 one-bedroom, and 80 two-bedroom apartments are occupied by seniors and people living with a disability.

There will also be significant common area improvements as well as a reconfiguration of office space for property management and support services.
