to Benefit TNDC’s After-School Program and Services
SAN FRANCISCO — It happens each year: Local celebrities flock by the pool at San Francisco's Phoenix Hotel to be a part of one of the best parties of the year: the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation’s (TNDC) Celebrity Pool Toss, which returns for its 14th annual celebration on Tuesday, October 17 at 6 p.m. Proceeds from the fun-loving fundraiser will go to TNDC’s After-School Program and other support services benefiting TNDC's families and children.
Gina Milano and Christina Deeb of Bambuddha Lounge and Maroc Restaurant once again serve as co-chairs of TNDC Celebrity Pool Toss XIV. Each year, guests at the Celebrity Pool Toss bid against each other – led by auctioneers from Bonhams & Butterfields – for the "privilege" to toss their favorite celebrities into the Phoenix Hotel pool.
Throughout the evening, TNDC Celebrity Pool Toss XIV will feature terrific live entertainment by the fabulous Bud E. Luv Show and many other guests to be announced.
Guests will also enjoy an array of poolside cuisine generously donated by dozens of San Francisco's favorite restaurants.
Each year, for the last six years, the TNDC Celebrity Pool Toss has raised more than $200,000 for Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation’s After-School Program and other support services benefiting families and children in the Tenderloin.
