TNDC’s housing development team has more than 45 years of experience developing housing for San Francisco’s low-income communities. We work in all phases of land use development, from initial acquisition to pre-development through construction to lease-up. Our core areas of expertise include due diligence, feasibility, acquisition, entitlements, construction design and management, and financing. We work throughout San Francisco with past experience in the Tenderloin, SOMA, Mission, and Western Addition neighborhoods.
