1400 Mission Street

Entitlements were approved in February 2013 for a development of 190 for-sale apartments, up to 48 parking spaces, and ground floor commercial space. The newly built apartments will be affordable to buyers earning 70% to 150% of area median income. Construction is expected to begin in summer 2013 and be complete in 2015.
