Serving 116 seniors with low incomes, including people who experienced homelessness and currently live with health challenges

Located in the Western Addition, Willie B. Kennedy Apartments was built in partnership with Bethal AME Church and its affiliate, Allen Community Development Corporation. A five story building with studios and 1BRs, Willie B. Kennedy is dedicated housing for seniors including those who have experienced homelessness.

The building includes onsite social services provided by TNDC partner, Sequoia Living, an interior courtyard, rooftop garden with support from TNDC’s Urban Agriculture team, and close access to public transit.
