4th and Folsom

We are transforming the corner parcel at 4^th and Folsom into a vibrant, environmentally sustainable, mixed-use community of up to 71 affordable rental homes anchored by a package of supportive resident amenities and ground floor commercial space. Active ground floor uses will energize the 4^th Street and Folsom Street frontages, including approximately 1,869 square feet of community serving retail, ground floor management and tenant services space, community room, resident lounge, interior courtyard and at least 71 spaces of bicycle parking. Additional resident amenities include an 8^th floor outdoor terrace, laundry room, and rooftop urban farming space for residents. No on-site automobile parking is proposed, because of the transit-rich location above the future central subway station.
