11 Ways To Give
The Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC) is making a difference in housing, services, and community development for over 3,600 low-income people in six San Francisco neighborhoods, while promoting equitable access to opportunity and resources and improving the Tenderloin District neighborhood for all San Franciscans.
Donations are tax-deductible.
1. Make an Immediate and Impactful Gift Online
2. Join TNDC Sustainers
Make monthly contributions via credit card or direct bank payments. For as little as $20 a month, you can help TNDC sustain very low rents and supportive services for low-income families and individuals in the Tenderloin District.
3. Corporate Matching Gifts
The company you work for may have a program that can often double or triple your gift. Ask at your office!
5. Planned Giving
Ensure that affordable housing is available for San Franciscans for years to come and plan a gift through a bequest or another planned gift like a charitable trust or insurance annuity.
6. Donate Stock or Other Securities
TNDC accepts donations of stock and other securities, which can provide you with tax advantages.
7. Spread the Word
Host a house party or scheduling a tour of TNDC buildings for you and your friends.

9. Give through Community Thrift Store
TNDC’s code number is 171.
By donating your clothing, household goods, and other items to the Community Thrift Store (located at 623 Valencia Street near 17th Street in San Francisco), you can support TNDC by donating the items in TNDC’s name. When you bring your items to donate, make sure to designate the TNDC code 171 as the beneficiary of the sales proceeds, and ask for a receipt.
