Located in the heart of the Tenderloin, Klimm Apartments was built in 1913 as a “high-class” residence and showplace. The property has been owned and operated as affordable housing by TNDC since 1986. 

The building includes studio apartments and one-bedroom units as well as commercial spaces at the street level.
