Building Services

You are a vital part of the TNDC community. Our goal is to help you feel at home, stable, and supported to the best of our abilities. That's why our buildings offer social work services, community events celebrating different cultures, and staff committed to upholding our mission and values.

Property Management Appointments for Complaints or Grievances: You can now schedule appointments to file your complaints and grievances with Property Management using the following link: bit.ly/pmmeetings. Our Property Management office at 149 Taylor Street is also open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Mondays and Wednesdays are by appointment only. Tuesdays, Thursday, and Fridays are available for drop-in appointments. 

Tenant Complaint or Grievance Form: If you have a complaint or grievance, please fill out the attached form and return to your building's Property Manager. If you need assistance, your building's social worker can assist.

  • We take all issues seriously and respond as soon as possible. Resolutions start with the building manager and move to other levels of management as necessary. We hope we can work with you to resolve any issues coming up. 

Reasonable Accommodation Form: If you have a change, exception, or adjustment to a rule, policy, or service due to a disability, please fill out the attached form and return to your building's Property Manager. If you need assistance, your building's social worker can assist.
