COVID-19 Update

Due to COVID-19, our Property Managers and Social Workers are working limited hours onsite. However, our Maintenance services have been increased to prevent the spread of the COVID-19. Please visit Property Management and Social Work offices for for their specific hours and for any other support you may need during these tough times.

Building Services

You are a vital part of the TNDC community. Our goal is to help you feel at home, stable, and supported to the best of our abilities. That's why our buildings offer social work services, community events celebrating different cultures, and staff committed to upholding our mission and values.

Tenant Complaint or Grievance Form: If you have a complaint or grievance, please fill out the attached form and return to your building's Property Manager. If you need assistance, your building's social worker can assist.

  • We take all issues seriously and respond as soon as possible. Resolutions start with the building manager and move to other levels of management as necessary. We hope we can work with you to resolve any issues coming up. 

Reasonable Accommodation Form: If you have a change, exception, or adjustment to a rule, policy, or service due to a disability, please fill out the attached form and return to your building's Property Manager. If you need assistance, your building's social worker can assist.
