730 Stanyan
We envision a future where everyone can thrive, regardless of income, race, spoken language, gender identity, and more. 730 Stanyan is a key step in helping us build this future by providing 160 affordable homes for people with low incomes in San Francisco (25-80% AMI), including families, formerly unhoused families, and transitional Aged Youth (TAY). The project is co-developed with the Chinatown Community Development Center (CCDC).
Located in the vibrant Haight community, 730 Stanyan will be an eight-story, family-friendly building centering tenant needs. With onsite social workers, front desk coverage, and Property Management, tenants will have a built-in support network to help them adjust to their new home, feel welcome, and remain stably housed.
In addition to onsite support, 730 Stanyan will offer a terrace urban farm, landscaped courtyards for open space, 1:1 bicycle parking, and ground-floor space for an Early Childhood Education provider, a Senior Center, and other commercial spaces which potentially can become a technology training center, a mini-food hall/chef incubator space, or a drop-in center for TAY. Notably, 730 Stanyan will seek a LEED Gold Certification—the second highest LEED certification for sustainable construction—and include public art and design features that honor the neighborhood’s history.
