Serving 110 seniors and individuals with low incomes including those who have experienced homelessness

Located in the Tenderloin, 990 Polk Street Apartments was built in partnership with Citizens Housing Corporation and serves seniors in the neighborhood. With a combination of studios, and 1BRs, 990 Polk Street Apartments combines service-rich supportive housing with design to meet the needs of seniors in our community.  

The building includes onsite support services from Lutheran Social Services, an interior courtyard, rooftop garden with support from TNDC’s Urban Agriculture team, and close access to public transit.
