With a master's degree in public administration and several certifications in safety and human resource management, Herb is committed to understanding and improving systems that shape our communities. Beyond his professional pursuits, he likes to travel and is always seeking new experiences and perspectives. A native of Philadelphia, he carries a deep appreciation for the city's rich history and vibrant culture.  Herb thrives on discovery and connection and embraces every opportunity to immerse himself in experiences that broaden his understanding of the world.
