Joyce is a seasoned financial professional with 35 years of experience in accounting and finance and more than 20 years dedicated to advancing affordable housing. Before joining Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation, she held senior financial roles at several leading Bay Area affordable housing organizations. Her work has encompassed financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, risk management, and investment management, supporting organizational stability and long‑term asset stewardship.
Joyce began her career as an auditor with Deloitte, where she gained broad exposure to diverse clients. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Golden Gate University, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and is a graduate of the NeighborWorks Asset Management Program.
