Yosemite Apartments was purchased by TNDC in 1983. The building was constructed in 1924. It contains 32-units serving low-income individuals and families. The Yosemite will undergo a comprehensive rehabilitation in 2023, financed by 9% LIHTC, historic tax credits, TNDC gap financing, and existing City and County of San Francisco soft loans.
