Tenderloin Development Without Displacement Plan

Through Market Street for the Masses, we and more than 30 other groups advocating for central city residents, such as GLIDE, St. Anthony’s, Tenderloin People’s Congress, Curry Senior Center, Faithful Fools, Hospitality House, and the San Francisco Planning Department, have created a plan recognizes that we can’t halt the overwhelming forces of development, but that we can blunt its worst effects and create a place where people with low incomes remain welcome, fostering a Tenderloin that is high-opportunity and diverse.
