Business Insider visited us and others in San Francisco from New York to learn more about SF’s economy, real-estate concentration, and culture clashes, resulting in a 23 minute-long video report.

Catch the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation’s (TNDC) Don Falk at minute 18:30 conversing with reporter Andrew Stern about how TNDC as a nonprofit helps to correct the imbalance in real-estate in San Francisco (SF) for homes everyone can afford, buying land to build permanent housing for low-income people in SF.

The Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC) provides affordable housing and services for 3,400 low-income people with 31 TNDC-owned buildings in the Tenderloin District and in 5 other SF neighborhoods to promote equitable access to opportunity and resources.
