The fillable application is designed to be completed on an electronic device. If you run into any problems, you can apply in person with a printed copy of the application filled out with pen. See instructions for that further down this page.

Once complete, be sure to save your file with a new name.

Include your last name and the building name in the new file name. Example: if your last name is Gomez, you can rename the application Gomez555Larkin

Option One: Convert your document into a PDF file to submit electronically

• Using a printer or smart phone, scan your document to convert it into a PDF. 
• Once converted, save your PDF with a new name. Include your last name and the building name in the new file name. Example: if your last name is Gomez, you can rename the application Gomez555Larkin
• Submit your application electronically by emailing your application to leaseups@tndc.org or by uploading your application HERE to this Dropbox folder

Option Two: Drop off in person

• Drop off a hardcopy of your completed application at the building you're interested in during business hours.
