Known as Avery Lane, the building is composed of two parts—450 Folsom and 250 Fremont—offering a total of 150 affordable homes. 450 Folsom is composed of a 55 story tower with 70 affordable rentals and 280 market rate rentals in levels 1 through 31. The other portion of this project, 250 Fremont, contains two mid-rise podium buildings. Two mid-rise podium buildings on adjacent parcels contain 79 rental units that are 100% affordable. Shared resident amenity spaces are distributed throughout the development, including a fitness center, roof garden, lounge terrace, and resident community garden.
