This week, TNDC cut the ribbon on 78 Haight St, a new residence in Hayes Valley providing 64 affordable homes for people with low incomes in San Francisco, including 32 homes for Transitional Age Youth (TAY) from ages 18-27 who have experienced homelessness, 27 homes for adults earning 65% AMI or less, and 4 homes for adults earning 50% AMI or less, along with a 3-bedroom unit on the ground floor operating as a family daycare.
