Margarita Galindo

Individual Giving and Events Manager, Fund Development

pronouns: she/her/ella

Margarita, Individual Giving and Events Manager on the Fund Development team, has a central role in engaging our amazing donors and making fundraising events like the TNDC Pool Toss a big success! A lover of the arts, Margarita has a history as a dancer (her 9th grade team won first place in a CA all-state competition!) and taught dance technique in Southern CA before moving to the Bay!

Tom Georgevits

Tom Georgevits

Finance Manager, Executive Team

pronouns: he/him

Tom is a problem-solver. As the Finance Manager serving our Executive Team, Tom works with people from nearly every department to improve operational processes at TNDC. He’s currently leading a team to organize and combine data from TNDC’s many different systems, and ultimately, create a more complete snapshot of our work’s impact. Outside work, Tom is an active rock climber, lover of peanut butter, and the proud dog owner of Gogi.  

Ketan Hazari

Ketan Hazari

Project Analyst II, Property Management

pronouns: he/him 

As a Project Analyst II on the Property Management team, Ketan crunches a lot of information to help TNDC’s largest department running smoothly and effectively. Each building produces a lot of data and scaling that data makes Ketan’s work delicate and challenging. Passionate about getting people housed, Ketan has found his niche at TNDC. He’s dedicated to mastering speaking French, Spanish, Gujarati, and Hindi, and enjoys home-made barbecue (and he’s got plenty of recommendations).

Marcus McCarns

Marcus McCarns

Desk Clerk, Property Management

pronouns: he/him

As a desk clerk, Marcus is on the front lines of TNDC Property Management and serving tenants at the Dalt Hotel. Everyday he helps residents stay informed, safe, and happy. Marcus loves making people laugh, spending time with his five-year-old daughter, and writing poetry. He is the proud owner of over 60 hats! 

Cao Naiquan

Custodian, Property Management

pronouns: he/him 

Cao is essential to keeping our main offices and the Tenderloin After-School Program clean and hygienic. As a Custodian, Cao’s role requires hard work, dedication, and being proactive. He is proud to be seen as a dependable teammate and appreciates that his co-workers clearly communicate tasks, as English is not his first language. Outside work, Cao enjoys karaoke and playing ping pong. Right now, Cao is undefeated among his friends.

Marylin Rodriguez

Marylin Rodriguez

Office Assistant, Operations

pronouns: she/her

Marylin is an essential part of keeping TNDC running smoothly and effectively. As an Office Assistant in the Operations department, she supports TNDC staff and buildings, specifically the central offices, with a wide variety of tasks: mailing, communications through TNDC’s mainline and e-mail, purchasing/payment processing, transportation and process improvement efforts. Her favorite part of working at TNDC is the sense of community and family. One day she hopes to brave her fear of heights and go skydiving, but in the meantime, she’s already innovated the perfect snack: a mix of Xtra Flamin’ Hot Cheetos with cheddar cheese popcorn.  

Patricia Sisson

Patricia Sisson

Social Worker, Tenant & Community Services

pronouns: she/her

Patricia has been with TNDC for over 7 years! As a Social Worker at 1036 Mission Family Apartments, she plays a huge role in helping people stay stably housed, informed about available resources in the area, and thriving in their daily lives. Patricia and her co-workers often work together on community events such a back-to-school giveaways in family buildings and holiday celebrations. Patricia is also passionate about social justice and loves riding her bike anywhere near water!
